Nayre Studio (“we”, “us”) is an AI operational systems studio based in Jakarta, Indonesia, operating the website nayrestudio.com. We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company name, industry, company size, the operational challenge you describe, and how you heard about us. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) that measure aggregate usage without profiling individuals.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and communicate with you about your project. If you subscribe to updates, we use your email solely to send those updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Contact submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend. Newsletter subscriptions are stored with Resend. Our site and backend run on Vercel and Supabase. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and our legitimate business records.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request a copy of it. For visitors in the EU and UK, we process contact-form data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and newsletter data on the basis of your consent. We operate from Indonesia and serve clients globally. Information you submit may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the service providers named above. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected wherever it is processed.
