For most SMB use cases, a PWA delivers the same user experience at 30 to 40 percent of the cost and time of native development.

Do you build native iOS or Android apps?

Native iOS and Android development is available as a custom engagement for clients who specifically require App Store distribution or native device APIs (camera, biometrics, NFC) that a PWA cannot access. For most operational business use cases, we recommend starting with a PWA and upgrading to native if specific limitations are encountered. We are honest about this tradeoff upfront.

Yes. Most of our projects involve connecting to existing systems: CRMs, databases, accounting software, ERP systems, communication tools. If the system has an API, we can integrate with it. If it does not have an API, we can often work with exports, webhooks, or database-level connections. We scope integration complexity during the discovery phase and include it in the fixed-price proposal.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Because scope drives price, not the other way around. Two clients asking for the same product can have requirements that are worlds apart in complexity, integrations, data volume, and timeline. Publishing a fixed price would either undercharge complex projects or frighten away straightforward ones. We prefer to understand the actual problem first and then give you a price that reflects the real scope, always in writing, always fixed. We do not inflate or pad estimates.

How much does an engagement cost?

The AI Operational Audit starts from $500 USD. Every other engagement is quoted individually after a short scoping conversation, because the price depends on your specific requirements, integrations, data volume, timeline, and budget. We commit to two things on every quote: the price is fixed in writing before work begins, and we do not inflate it. If a more cost-effective scope serves you better, we will say so.

How does the pricing work? Is it hourly or fixed?

Always fixed. We do not work on time-and-materials. Every engagement has a defined deliverable, a fixed price, and a fixed timeline agreed before work begins. If a client requests something outside the original scope, it is treated as a separate engagement with its own proposal and price. There are no surprise invoices.

What are your payment terms?

For most projects, 50 percent upfront and 50 percent on delivery. For larger engagements, milestone-based payments are available: 40 percent upfront, 30 percent at midpoint demo, 30 percent on final delivery. We accept bank transfer and major payment platforms. Currency is USD for international clients.

We do not have a blanket discount policy. However, we consider each situation individually. How does a project start?

It starts with a message to hello@nayrestudio.com or via the contact form. We respond within one business day with a short clarifying question if needed, then schedule a 30-minute discovery call. After the call, we send a written proposal within three business days covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. Work begins only after written agreement on the proposal.

How long does a typical project take?

Simple automations and chatbots typically take 1 to 2 weeks. Full AI web applications and knowledge brain systems typically take 2 to 4 weeks. Complex custom builds take 4 to 8 weeks. Timelines are agreed in the proposal and we hold to them. If we anticipate a delay, we communicate it proactively. We do not disappear and resurface with a missed deadline.

What do you need from me to get started?

Access to relevant systems (read-only is usually sufficient for scoping), a clear description of the problem you are trying to solve, and availability for a 30-minute kickoff call and a working demo review. Most of the project runs asynchronously. You do not need to be available daily or manage anything technically. We handle the build and keep you informed with weekly progress updates.

How many revisions do I get?

Revisions within the agreed scope are included until the deliverable matches what was specified in the proposal. We do a working demo before final delivery specifically to catch anything that needs adjustment. What we do not include is scope expansion disguised as revision. If a client wants to add features or change direction significantly, that is a new scope conversation. This protects both sides from scope creep.

What happens if I am not happy with the result?

We work iteratively with a demo before final delivery specifically so that unhappy surprises are caught early, not at the end. If the delivered product does not match the agreed spec, we fix it at no cost. If a client wants something different from what was agreed, that is a separate scope conversation. We have not had a project end in dispute, and we intend to keep it that way.

What technology stack do you use?

Our standard production stack: Next.js (App Router) for frontend and web applications, Supabase with pgvector for database and vector search, Claude API by Anthropic or Groq API for AI inference, Voyage AI for embeddings, Vercel for deployment, and Sentry for error monitoring. This is not a theoretical stack, it is what we use on every project, including our own internal products. We know it well and can move fast on it.

Who owns the code after delivery?

You own everything. All code, all data, all credentials, all deployment configurations. Full transfer on final delivery. No proprietary dependencies, no lock-in, no reason you would ever need to come back to us to keep the system running. We hand over a complete repository with documentation and a recorded walkthrough.

Can I host the system myself?

Yes. All systems are built to be independently hostable. We deploy to Vercel by default because it is the fastest and most reliable option for Next.js applications, but everything can be migrated to your own hosting infrastructure. We document the deployment process clearly so any developer can take it over.

What AI models do you use and can I switch models later?

We use Claude (by Anthropic) as the primary model for most applications because of its reliability, instruction-following quality, and context window. For high-volume, cost-sensitive tasks, we use Groq with llama-3.1-8b-instant. The model integration is abstracted in the codebase, making it relatively straightforward to swap models as the AI landscape evolves. We design for longevity, not dependency on a single provider.

How do you handle data privacy and security?

All production systems use HTTPS, environment-variable managed secrets, and Supabase Row Level Security policies by default. We do not store sensitive client data beyond what the system requires to function. For projects handling personal or regulated data, we discuss GDPR, PDPA, or other relevant compliance requirements during scoping and design the system accordingly. We can sign an NDA before any sensitive information is shared.
